All My Natural Butter LLC products are made with natural ingredients. However, ingredients may include tree nut oils, seed oils, fragrance oils, botanicals, herbs, or other potential allergens. All customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchase and use. We do not provide medical or allergy testing.
Customers with sensitive skin, allergies, or medical concerns must consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any product. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring that the product is safe for your personal use.

Warranty Disclaimer
All products are sold as is. We do not offer warranties of any kind. This includes cosmetic results, scent expectations, texture variations, melting or hardening due to climate, or any subjective preferences. Handmade variations are normal and do not qualify as defects.

STORE POLICIES
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons, My Natural Butter LLC does not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped or delivered. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, scent preference, texture preference, or personal dissatisfaction with results. Purchasing a product confirms your agreement to these terms.
If a product arrives damaged from transit, you must email support at support@lovemnb.com within seventy two hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Submitted photos must show the entire item and must clearly show proof of damage. Eligible claims may be replaced only after review and approval. Replacement approval is not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. My Natural Butter LLC does not control carrier shipping delays or delivery estimates. Once an order leaves our facility, shipping updates must be accessed through the carrier.
Canceling an Order
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. This applies even if the order has not yet shipped. Customers are responsible for completing their checkout carefully before submitting payment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. My Natural Butter LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or unclaimed packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim or request an investigation. No refunds or replacements will be issued for these circumstances.
If a wrong delivery address is entered at checkout, My Natural Butter LLC is not responsible for replacement or refund. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct before placing an order.
Refused Shipments and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused by the customer, returned due to an incorrect address, or marked as undeliverable by the carrier, the order is not eligible for a refund. If the customer wants the package re-shipped, the customer must pay a new shipping fee before the package is sent again.
