Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

My Natural Butter is unable to accept any returns or exchanges for an order once it has been processed and shipped.

Tracking your order

Your order's tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as it has been shipped, and you can check it at any time to see its status.

Canceling An Order

Although I do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to My Natural Butter after contacting mnbselfcare@yahoo.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product. Once My Natural Butter inspects and determines that the damage is eligible for a replacement, I will ship you a replacement free of charge without shipping charges.

 

Lost or Stolen packages

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, My Natural Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

 

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

 

Refused Shipment / Undeliverable Package

My Natural Butter must charge for the delivery costs incurred by your decision if you reject a shipment upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error. Even if your order was originally shipped to you through FREE shipping, this policy applies.
