Allergen Warning: Some natural ingredients may contain traces of or have been processed in facilities that also process tree nuts, coconut oil, shea butter, avocado oil, and similar substances.

Medical Disclaimer: My Natural Butter, LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur while using our products. If you experience skin irritation, discontinue use immediately. We do not claim that our products possess healing properties or can address any medical conditions, syndromes, diseases, or other health concerns. Please consult with a licensed medical professional or healthcare provider if you have health-related questions.

STORE POLICIES

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please note that My Natural Butter does not accept returns or exchanges for orders that have already been processed and shipped. We kindly ask that you double-check your order details and contact our customer support team if you have any concerns prior to finalizing your purchase. Thank you for understanding.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing your order's tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your package at any time. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after it has been processed and shipped.

Canceling An Order

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our support team at support@lovemnb.com with photo images of the affected item(s). Once My Natural Butter has assessed and confirmed the damage or defect, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. However, please note that customers are responsible for covering the reduced shipping rate for the replacement item.

 

Lost or Stolen packages

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, My Natural Butter is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver contact the carrier to schedule a pickup at the holding facility.

 

Refused Shipment / Undeliverable Package

My Natural Butter must charge for the delivery costs incurred by your decision if you reject a shipment upon arrival or your package is undeliverable due to customer error. Even if your order was originally shipped to you through FREE shipping, this policy applies.
