Palo Santo

Palo Santo means “Holy Wood” best known for its ability to add positivity to your space. Palo Santo is thought to have healing and medicinal properties. Not only for purification but also for healing and blessing. It's an excellent tool for spiritual cleansing, healing, and body cleansing.
 
How to:
Open a door or window(s) to give the unwanted energy you are trying to clear a pathway out. Light 1 Palo Santo stick over a fireproof bowl until a small flame has caught. While holding your Palo Santo stick over the bowl lightly blow on the flame until it goes out. The Palo Santo stick will then smoke lightly like an incense. Walk around your space, carefully using your hands to waft the smoke into all areas of your space. Include small spaces like corners, windows, and behind doors.
 
The goal is to allow a light amount of smoke to move around your space to bring in positive energy You may need to relight the Palo Santo stick, simply relight it over your flameproof bowl and lightly blow it out as before. Then carry on where you left off. To extinguish lightly press the stick into your fireproof bowl.
 
**Never leave a lit Palo Santo stick unattended.**
