We currently ship within the United States and Canada (limited). Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and carrier.

  • Delivery delays due to carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.) are outside of our control.

If an incorrect address is provided, we are not obligated to replace or refund the order, though we will do our best to assist.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are personal care items, all sales are considered final for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have shipped.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email support@lovemnb.com
with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will review the situation for a replacement on a case-by-case basis.
